This 3-4 month programme provides expert consultancy, facilitation and assessment to increase employee engagement and support business resilience, growth and high performing workplaces.  Using our bespoke employee survey tool, leaders will work through a process of identifying your drivers, assessing engagement, analysing and reviewing results and building a 12-18 month action plan to support increased engagement.

We have a range of survey tools available which provide insight on key engagement drivers.

Bespoke Approach

A fully bespoke survey and programme providing support with set up and communication, running a confidential survey, in-depth analysis and valuable insight to ensure you are doing the right things, with a clear focus on the action plan and ongoing advice, support and guidance from us.

Check in Approach

A short check in survey with a lighter touch providing headline information to point you in the right direction. Helpful when leading through change, ie, Covid-19, to check impact on engagement or to provide a high level or mid-point view.

Employee Engagement workshops

We run regular workshops to support you and your business where we share tools and techniques to help you bring your people with you, grow your business, increase productivity and ultimately increase your profit. It will also give you the opportunity to talk to other business owners, leaders, managers and HR professionals and share your successes, challenges and ideas together.

Area Network Ambassador - Engage for Success Yorkshire and the Humber

Employee Engagement is our specialist area and our Managing Director, Michelle Mook, was appointed as the Area Network Ambassador for ‘Engage for Success’ – Yorkshire and Humber Region in 2020.

Engage for Success is a growing, voluntary movement across the UK promoting employee engagement as a better way to work that benefits individual employees, teams and whole organisations. Commissioned by the Government in 2011, Engage for Success is now a well-established movement that we are very proud to be a part of. Pro-Development has been actively involved with Engage for Success for several years and has represented the SME sector at their regional and national events ensuring our voice is heard.

We are proud to have been asked to take on this key role.  We run events throughout the year to bring together like-minded people who are keen to lead, learn, share and inspire together.
