Commissioned by the Government to understand what actions UK business might take to unlock the potential of its workforce, the report highlighted that the engagement and development of employees will be a key factor in supporting UK economic growth. We will share tools and techniques to help you bring your people with you, grow your business and impact your bottom line. It will also give you the opportunity to talk to other business owners, leaders and managers and share your successes, challenges and ideas.
