What is ‘Engage for Success’?
Engage for Success is a growing, dynamic, voluntary movement promoting employee engagement as a better way to work that benefits individual employees, teams, and whole organisations. Commissioned by the Government, Engage for Success is now a well-established movement that we are very proud to be a part of.
What is Pro-Developments Role with the movement?

What does the Yorkshire and Humber Network do?
We will meet 4 times a year and are supported by volunteers who are passionate about engagement and sharing the ideas of Yorkshire and the Humber’s engagement leaders. With the key aim of boosting productivity and helping to make our region known as a great place for people to work, our topics are decided by those who attend, so our programme will evolve as the year progresses. Through our network – online and through our events, we:
- Provide you with opportunities to network with likeminded communities, learn from experts and those who lead in engagement both online and in person
- Share best practice, practical tools and ideas that you can take action with back into the workplace
- Give you time to reflect on what inspires you to improve employee engagement in your workplace
- We are keen to find people out in our region who are leading on engagement work within their organisation and would love to hear from anyone who feels they would have something to contribute
