As the year comes to an end it’s a natural time to reflect on all the achievements you and your team have had over the year. However, reflecting may not come naturally to you! So, to help you get started have a read of the questions below… • What have you and your team achieved throughout the year? • What challenges have you overcome? • What is your proudest moment? • What has been your biggest learning? • What are you going to do differently in 2017? • What do you want to achieve next in 2017? • How are you going to celebrate the successes? OK, now take some time out of your busy day and think about how you would answer the questions. Think of all those achievements no matter how big or small; think about who you would like to share some of the answers with; think about who you should celebrate the successes with. Then it’s time to act! Commit to what you are going to do to mark the achievements and learning from 2016 and what you are going to do differently in 2017.
