Michelle MookMichelle is a highly professional individual with a passion and talent for developing others. She believes that what is important in life is making a difference to people and does this through honesty and integrity along with a sense of fun. She is an award-winning trainer, natural facilitator and highly successful coach with nearly 20 years’ experience working with various blue chip companies, local authorities, the NHS and smaller private companies. She founded Pro-Development to deliver bespoke development solutions to clients that drive the right outcomes, as well as providing consultancy, coaching and team/leadership development. Michelle has extensive expertise in leadership and coaching with both individuals and teams. Before founding Pro-Development, she was responsible for coaching and managing the performance of senior managers in Aviva (UK) Life, as well as providing leadership to a team of professional development consultants. She believes her experience and skills enable her to add great value and make a different to our clients. Michelle has a BA (Hons) in Business Management, won the Gold Award for Trainer of the Year in 2006 and become a qualified Coach through The Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring (OCM) as well as being a member of the Learning & Performance Institute (MLPI).
Suzanne CourtneySuzanne Courtney is highly skilled with a range of capabilities including learning and development, talent management and project management. She is an extremely outcome-focused individual who has people at the heart of what she does; Suzanne enjoys problem solving and has the ability to look holistically at issues and identify solutions. She is also an experienced facilitator, trainer and Investors in People internal reviewer. Suzanne has over 20 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors, including Banking, Insurance, Local Government and Higher Education. Before joining Pro-Development Suzanne was a Talent Manager at Aviva responsible for embedding the Talent Management strategy, providing insight on senior leaders and identifying potential business risk globally. As an associate of Pro-Development (UK) Limited, Suzanne brings her breadth of experience and knowledge to SMEs. Suzanne holds an MSc in Human Resource Management, is a qualified coach and a Graduate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
Tracey FlanneryTracey is an enthusiastic strategic business leader with a passion for nurturing, finding solutions and developing people and teams. She thrives in dynamic and challenging situations, works at all levels up to Board/Director level and is commercially astute and driven to succeed. Tracey has experience delivering a variety of engaging facilitated sessions, is an experienced coach and mentor and a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. As an accredited member of the TMSDI Team Management System Network Tracey uses their psychometrics, behavioural profiles and 360 degree feedback tools and feedback sessions to develop and support world class teams. A coach and mentor who challenges and motivates with a passion for developing an individual or a team to full potential. Tracey can help you unravel challenges and encourage you to gain clarity on your pathway to successful outcomes and lasting growth and change. With considerable business experience, over 14 years incubating science, technology, creative, media and IT businesses, and experience securing accreditations including ICT Active, Customer First, ISO Quality Management and Investors in People Gold, Tracey now shares this experience with those who wish to improve and grow. Tracey has qualifications in Management, The Institute of Directors Diploma in Company Direction and has developed coaching and mentoring expertise. When not at her allotment Tracey also has a passion for Forever Living products and helps people who want to improve their health and well-being or create extra income from a network marketing business.
Stephanie EdwardsStephanie is a forward thinking and creative thinker who rises to a challenge. Her skill set includes engaging people and nurturing their ideas, a seemless organiser who puts her colleages and clients needs first every time. She exudes confidence and promotes self belief in the people she comes in to contact with. A talented sales administrator with vast experience within all media sectors. Previously Stephanie has worked for news publications, glossy magazines and online media within a fast paced industry, regularly launching highly successful publications. She has worked alongside designers and editorial teams to plan and execute advertising campaigns for new business development. With a non assuming personality she makes her peers feel relaxed and safe in the knowledge that what she says has meaning. Steph is a total team player (not her own words) and has a virtual calm which is an essential part of her role at Pro-Development. Trouble shooting, clear direction in all aspects of her position and achievable goals are characteristics that make Stephanie a valued member.
Helen RhodesHelen is an enthusiastic and experienced facilitator, trainer, event organiser and project manager with over 20 years of experience supporting organisations within the charitable and public sector across Yorkshire and Humber.
Having managed large teams with numerous programmes she has first-hand experience of the skills, tools and process required for good leadership and management.
Before joining Pro-Development, Helen ran her own consultancy business Supporting the Third sector with strategic, business and operational planning. engagement and retention of staff volunteers and beneficiaries, performance management and quality assurance. Through this she supported Clore Social Leadership (a London based charity) to establish the HEY100 Leadership and Management Programme. Managing, establishing and facilitating a comprehensive multi-layered programme of leadership development to social leaders across Hull and East Yorkshire (held up as good practice nationally and now replicated in other areas across the country).
Helen is from a farming background and firmly believes that your people are your most valued resource and like plants with the right nurturing they will stay firmly rooted and flourish and grow.
Helen has an MBA is Business Administration.
Helen has a great ability to work with individuals on their level at their pace and her honesty and humour quickly builds rapport and trust.
