Pro-Development (UK) Limited was founded in 2011 by Michelle Mook and has grown to be a team of highly experienced, qualified and inspiring individuals. We all share the same values which are at the heart of Pro-Development:

Michelle Mook

Michelle is a highly professional individual with a passion and talent for developing others. She believes that what is important in life is making a difference to people and does this through honesty and integrity along with a sense of fun. She is an award-winning trainer, natural facilitator and highly successful coach with nearly 20 years’ experience working with various blue chip companies, local authorities, the NHS and smaller private companies. She founded Pro-Development to deliver bespoke development solutions to clients that drive the right outcomes, as well as providing consultancy, coaching and team/leadership development. Michelle has extensive expertise in leadership and coaching with both individuals and teams. Before founding Pro-Development, she was responsible for coaching and managing the performance of senior managers in Aviva (UK) Life, as well as providing leadership to a team of professional development consultants. She believes her experience and skills enable her to add great value and make a different to our clients. Michelle has a BA (Hons) in Business Management, won the Gold Award for Trainer of the Year in 2006 and become a qualified Coach through The Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring (OCM) as well as being a member of the Learning & Performance Institute (MLPI).

Suzanne Courtney

Suzanne Courtney Suzanne Courtney is a highly skilled consultant with a range of capabilities including learning and development, talent management and project management. She is an extremely outcome-focused individual who has people at the heart of what she does; Suzanne enjoys problem solving and has the ability to look holistically at issues and identify solutions. She is also an experienced facilitator, trainer and Investors in People internal reviewer. Suzanne has over 20 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors, including Banking, Insurance, Local Government and Higher Education. Before joining Pro-Development Suzanne was a Talent Manager at Aviva responsible for embedding the Talent Management strategy, providing insight on senior leaders and identifying potential business risk globally. As an associate of Pro-Development (UK) Limited, Suzanne brings her breadth of experience and knowledge to SMEs. Suzanne holds an MSc in Human Resource Management, is a qualified coach and a Graduate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Stephanie Edwards

Steph 2017 professional Stephanie is a forward thinking and creative thinker who rises to a challenge. Her skill set includes engaging people and nurturing their ideas, a seemless organiser who puts her colleages and clients needs first every time. She exudes confidence and promotes self belief in the people she comes in to contact with. A talented sales administrator with vast experience within all media sectors. Previously Stephanie has worked for news publications, glossy magazines and online media within a fast paced industry, regularly launching highly successful publications. She has worked alongside designers and editorial teams to plan and execute advertising campaigns for new business development. With a non assuming personality she makes her peers feel relaxed and safe in the knowledge that what she says has meaning. Steph is a total team player (not her own words) and has a virtual calm which is an essential part of her role at Pro-Development. Trouble shooting, clear direction in all aspects of her position and achievable goals are characteristics that make Stephanie a valued member.

Kath Dukes

DSC_0020 With over 30 years’ experience in sales, marketing and operations Kath brings a wealth of experience to the Pro-Development team, with particular emphasis on customer service and attention to detail. Having worked in the IT Software Industry for the majority of her working life, she is used to a fast pace and can adapt to change at short notice, to ensure we meet the needs of our clients at all times. Kath has worked with a wide array of markets to include Local Government, NHS and Large Corporates including many household names both in the UK and abroad, as well as smaller local businesses. Her breadth of knowledge in the diversity of working practises across these businesses brings understanding and appreciation of the everyday constraints within organisations to enable her to work productively and respond effectively to our clients requirements.

Vicky Deighton

DSC_0012 Vicky is a passionate and experienced facilitator and coach with a background of working in a variety of industries. Vicky has experience of working with companies from SME’s through to large corporate and public sector organisations and consistently works to make a difference in every piece of work she completes.

Vicky’s engaging style and professionalism means that all her learning and coaching interventions leave a lasting impression and gets real results. Her experience includes leadership and management development, coaching for performance, emotional intelligence, resilience and conflict resolution and much more. She has a particular interest in Emotional Intelligence and Resilience and has run a number of leadership programmes in this area. Vicky works with a variety of personality tools including MBTI, DISC, TEIQue to support clients to enhance their self-awareness and improve performance.

Before joining Pro-Development, Vicky ran her own Learning and Development company where she provided bespoke learning solutions to clients. She also has a lot of experience of working in HR teams and uses all of this experience to support teams, managers and people.

Vicky has a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and is a qualified coach, NLP Practitioner and is also accredited in a number of personality instruments. Vicky’s core values mean that she works with integrity and a commitment to quality and builds trust with everyone she works with.

Michaela Oldfield

Michaela Olodfield Michaela is an associate Development and Coaching Professional who works with Pro-Development (UK) Limited. With 20 years experience in learning and development in the corporate sector both in the UK and overseas, Michaela brings a valuable perspective to our clients and is a key member of the team. She is a dedicated and value adding training professional who has a high level of self awareness and a thoughtful and engaging style. She is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Her career has spanned major players in retail banking and insurance including both Santander and Aviva (UK) Life. For the last 2 years Michaela has focussed on coaching executives, small business owners and individuals, growing their potential and facilitating sustainable positive change. She has been key to the launch of six new businesses in the last 12 months, coached several individuals to key roles in their careers and mentored developing coaches. Michaela is also a qualified Coach through The Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring (OCM) and a member of The European Coaching and Mentoring Council (EMCC).
